Am avut ieri o zi nebuna-nebuna, ca urmare a altei zile care a fost
"a very bad day for science".

Am mancat prost si pe apucatelea; nici nu mai stiu ce si cat exact, dar am urmat linia de keto cu grasimi multe, mese multe si in cantitati mici.
Pentru ieri mi-am socotit ce am mancat, pana nu uit si am sarit rau atat la carbs cat si la proteine.
