Am slabit 6,5 kg mancand sanatos

Buna ziua! Sunt noua pe acest forum. M-am hotarat sa scriu deoarece m-am folosit si ma folosesc in continuare de site-ul http://calorii.oneden.com/ si vreau sa aduc multumiri celor care l-au creat caci mi-a fost si imi este de ajutor.

Sa va spun povestea mea:
Acum o luna dupa un concediu petrecut pe afara si multe alte destrabalari in ceea ce priveste alimentatia cand m-am suit pe cantar m-am speriat = 68 kg. Bine, asta nu insemna ca eram o slabuta inainte. Dar dupa nasterea celui de-al doilea copil in fiecare an, am pus incet cate 1- 2 kg pe care nu le-am bagat in seama.
Am 165,5 cm. Si pe 29 iulie m-am hotarat: gata de azi trebuie sa slabesc. M-am uitat pe mai multe diete si in primele 2 sapt am tinut "un fel" de dieta Atkins cu carbohidrati mai multi cca 30-40 gr/zi. In 2 sapt am slabit 3 kg. OK. Am fost multumita dar mi-am zis ca nu e o dieta sanatoasa. M-am dus la librarie si am cumparat cartea Mihaelei Bilic "Traiesc, deci ma abtin" ; am facut rost si de cealalta carte "Silueta dincolo de mituri". Le-am citi 1 data, de 2 ori de "n" ori. In fiecare zi imi cantaresc caloriile, mananc aproape orice, nu m-am infometat niciodata, am baut zilnic apa plata 2-2,5l. Azi dupa 1 luna si 3/4 zile cantarul meu arata 61.4kg. Sunt mandra de mine, ma privesc in oglinda si ma bucur de ceea ce vad si vreau sa va spun ca daca sunteti ambitioase si aveti vointa se poate. Nu fac sport, nu am timp, am munca de birou 7/8 ore, am 2 copii, un sot si multa ambitie.

Tot ce am mancat in acest timp am scris intr-un jurnal personal, daca doreste cineva pot sa-i dau meniurile mele destul de diversificate cu nr. de calorii cu tot. Sper ca mesajul meu sa ajute si alte persoane ca si eu la randul meu m-am inspirat de pe forum de la alte fete.

multe felicitari pt kg alungate .si eu ma lupt sa dau kg jos,e adevarat ca sunt cam multe,dar sper sa reusesc.si chiar un ajutor mi-ar prinde bine.
ai putea sa postezi retetele tale ca sa ne bagam si noi nasucul prin ele. :book: :blush:

Te felicit ca ai reusit, dar trebuie sa spun cu parere de rau, ca te-ai infometat... Vad ca meniurile tale oscileaza undeva pe la 700 cal/zi, ceea ce e groznic de putin. :wacko:

Sa stiti ca eu nu sunt obsedata de greutate. Si e prima"dieta" pe care o tin.
Corpul meu nu a avut nevoie de mai multe calorii. Poate am mai scapat ceva pe ici pe colo, dar nesemnificativ.
Si sunt foarte sincera, nu m-am infometat, nu am nici un fel de probleme de sanatate. Nu am suferit de foame. Este meniul pe care mi l-am creat eu. Mananc acasa, mananc la restaurant, in vizita nu am probleme. Asta nu inseamna ca voi trebuie sa tineti "dieta mea". Fiecare corp are nevoie de ceva anume si diferit. Fiecare organism raspunde diferit la anumite diete (pune-ma sa mananc legume si fructe si m-ai omorat).
Eu una nu prea mananc dulciuri de felul meu, painea nu-mi place insa imi place carnea foarte mult.


M-am obisnuit si chiar imi place sa numar caloriile in continuare si sper sa pot ajunge la greutatea dorita 58 de kg si binenteles sa ma mentin. Sper ca voi reusi.

Mult succes tuturor si mancati cat aveti nevoie (cat va cere organismul) si sfatul meu este sa mancati calorii cat mai putine!

Mult succes tuturor si mancati cat aveti nevoie (cat va cere organismul) si sfatul meu este sa mancati calorii cat mai putine!

Adria, nu te supara, dar sfatul asta nu e bun! "Calorii cat mai putine" poate sa insemne si deloc! Minimul necasar e in functie de inaltime, greutata, varsta si activitate. Poti folosi Calculatorul de calorii sa vezi cat ar trebui sa mananci tu.

Spui ca "atat cere organismul". E fals! Atat ii dai tu si el se adapteaza, in sensul ca intre intr-un fel de "hibernare" si nu mai arde grasimi. O sa ajungi sa te ingrasi cu ce mancai alta data ca sa slabesti. Cu un numar atat de mic de calorii, pierzi muschi mai mult decat grasime poate.

Ai grija, ca dupa ce ai stricat echilibrul metabolismului nu stiu daca il mai poti repara.

S-ar putea sa ai dreptate - deocamdata nu te pot contrazice. Cand voi avea alte rezultate, cu siguranta voi scrie.
Stii cum e: toti citim mesaje, ne bucuram pentru colegele de suferinta (pentru rezultatele bune), ne intristam(pentru altele) si facem ce credem noi ca e mai bine.

Repet - nimeni nu trebuie sa tina regimul meu.

Oricum eu iti multumesc pentru sfaturi (si incurajari) si tie si celorlalti membri.

Tin pumnii la mentinere cand va fi cazul.
