Si eu la kg sunt tot pe acolo.... in jur de 63-64. Ce inaltime ai?

Daca papai cu 20 grame mai putin din: ciocolata, paine, orez si cereale aveai deja mult mai putine calorii si carbi  :)

 

Cate calorii trebuie sa mananci pe zi? Sport nu poti face?

Am 1 metru 63.

O sa pap mai putin din ciocolata, paine, orez si cereale pt a avea  mult mai putine calorii si carbohidrati.

Ar trebui sa mananc cam 1400 pt a avea ceva rezultat.

Sport inca nu pot face.
