Mirela, multa bafta cu dieta. Vad ca nu ai multe kilograme de dat jos. Care e planul tau?

 

Ah, vad ca ai si de invatat ceea ce intra-devar provoaca stress. Incearca sa ai mereu langa tine fructe mai ales cand ai pofta de dulce. Desi e iarna, cele congelate merg bine pentru ca o capsuna congelata o mananci foarte greu :)

Pentru ce inveti?

 

Sunt la facultate si acuma-i sesiune :read: ,de aici si stresul.

 

Momentan incerc sa nu mananc mult dulce si prajeli,desi nu ma pot abtine in fiecare zi.

Dupa sesiune o sa merg si la aerobic si o sa fie mai usor de dat jos. :))

Mirela, multa bafta cu dieta. Vad ca nu ai multe kilograme de dat jos. Care e planul tau?

 

Ah, vad ca ai si de invatat ceea ce intra-devar provoaca stress. Incearca sa ai mereu langa tine fructe mai ales cand ai pofta de dulce. Desi e iarna, cele congelate merg bine pentru ca o capsuna congelata o mananci foarte greu :)

 

Pentru ce inveti?

 

Sunt la facultate si acuma-i sesiune :read: ,de aici si stresul.

 

Momentan incerc sa nu mananc mult dulce si prajeli,desi nu ma pot abtine in fiecare zi.

Dupa sesiune o sa merg si la aerobic si o sa fie mai usor de dat jos. :))

 

Multa bafta, iti tin pumnii
