A fost o saptamana grea, cu minimum 12 ore de munca pe zi si urmeaza un weekend la fel de aglomerat. Asa ca meniul de maine seama izbitor cu toate celelalte meniuri de zilele trecute, dar efectiv n-am avut timp sa gatesc sau sa merg la cumparaturi. Am , insa, cateva retete pe care abia astept sa le incerc saptamana viitoare.

Multumesc! N-as zice neaparat disciplinata, ci impinsa de nevoie :)) Imi calculez mesele cu o zi inainte din 2 motive: sa ma asigur ca am proportiile corecte de grasimi, proteine si carbi per masa , iar cand le pregatesc din timp pot jongla cu usurinta intre alimente, dar si pentru ca dimineata nu am timp sa fac asta, ar insemna sa ma trezesc cu o ora mai devreme.

Reteta si informatii nutritionale tort keto. M-am inspirat din reteta de aici https://cuisineketo....rt-keto-festiv/, dar am adaptat-o cu ce si cat aveam prin casa.

 

Asadar, pentru blatul de cacao am folosit 80 g nuci macinate, 2 oua, 20 g unt, 10 g cacao, 85 g crema de cocos, 12,5 g indulcitor , esenta de rom si jumatate de plic de praf de copt.

 

Blat vanilie: 2 oua, 20 g unt, 80 g migdale, 12, 5 indulcitor, esenta vanilie si cealalta jumatate de plic de praf de copt.

 

Frisca:200 ml frisca lichida 30 la suta si 5 indulcitor.

 

Crema ciocolata: 80 g ciocolata kandia 85% topita si amestecata cu 47 g frisca 30 % si 89 g smantana pentru frisca

 

Per 100 de grame arata cam asa: 339,72 KCAL

Buna Ana,

 

Wow!! Mi se pare ca esti super organizata la mancare.

Adevarul este ca si eu cand am inceput acum ceva ani sa cantaresc portiile mi-am dat seama ca 100 de grame reprezinta mai putin decat credeam eu.

 

Felicitari oricum. Eu mi-am instalat o aplicatie pe telefon care ma ajuta pentru ca trec acolo tot ce mananc si la final imi face calculul.

 

Nu imi dau seama daca numeri caloriile sau tii o dieta anume.

Hey!! Iti multumesc! Si eu folosesc calculatorul de aici, de pe oneden, e super util. Numai ca apoi trebuie sa-mi calculez singura procentele, sa ma asigur ca am grasimile sus si carbii jos. Nu-mi prea place,dar, na, ma ajuta ca vad rezultate :)

Buna! Eu nu mai folosesc procentele, ci direct gramele. Stiu ca la 1400-1500 cal/zi cat mananc eu, am ca target 80g grasimi si 90g carbs, restul proteina. Eu tin low-carb si nu sunt atat de stricta cu valorile. Oricum aproximez si cantitatile.
